100% - when trying to hire new employees for my team I had to justify why I couldn't achieve the same thing by using AI to free up my time. Theres gonna be a lot of this, junior positions are going to shrink (and don't pay attention to that BS looking at job postings as a proxy for available positions, a large portion of those are fake).
