The parts that have me most concerned are how padding medical and social services with Ai is going to vastly increase the already gaping class divide.
Those with means will be able to pay the premium for human doctors who are only assisted by Ai. Those without are going to have to spend two years to get through 15 different Ai misdiagnoses, under diagnosed, and/or over/under medicated before they can get the care they need from a robust human-based support system. At that point they've likely lost income, resources, and maybe even their home and transportation. That makes accessing care even more difficult than it was in the beginning.
