I have not been in any autonomously driving car in which you have to constantly stay alert and be able to take control of all times, but that honestly sounds so much more stressful than just drving by myself. You will constantly have to wonder what the AI sees and how it will react and constantly be prepared to engage if the AI is not reacting as fast as you would. When you drive and you know what you're doing and are a confident driver it's not stressful at all, you just do it - I'm never going to get a car with the flawed technology that tesla uses.
