Capitalism works on markets with supply/demand equilibrium points. Yeah, some prices will drop, but don't this to make up for being unemployed and receiving a measly UBI.
Not everyone will be a "consultant", and if a consultant, it will be cut throat (see the gig economy).
UBI won't cut it for most of the disenfranchised. The entire system will collapse in economic mayhem, especially with many national economies in tremendous debt already.
The elite, wealthy and some highly successful entrepreneurs will have a tremendous advantage, but then every individual & society has to worry even more so about malevolent people/nations/organizations.
Also, unless rolled out slowly with some rules, the masses won't be able to adapt effectively.
A tool (A.I.) is great when used for the right purpose, but don't expect this to happen. It's not just about curing cancers or helping educate people more effectively.
