Healthcare roles that involve a lot of interpersonal skills are safe for now. Home Care Aides (super high demand right now!), NPs, PTs, OTs.
Also medical sales. I work as a B2B marketing rep for a specialty clinic. The in-person relationship-building aspect is critical because the providers we partner with won't trust us unless they know someone (me) personally. Keeps my job fairly AI proof for the foreseeable future.
