Did the prosecutor or police ever bother to call “Mike” and confirm that he was another person? They had his driver license, so they knew where he lived. This entire situation is ridiculous and was a complete case of lazy policing and a rush to judgement. AI facial recognition is not reliable, this has been proven over and over. They didn’t trust RealID to identify him, yet the federal government accepts this as a form of ID to fly.
