Self driving cars in there experimental stage should have highviz strobe light active during operation. It needs to be clear to everyone around the vehicle it has no operator. There probably should be away for police to safely disable the vehicle if its causing a threat to the public. But let's be honest these corporations don't care about the public's safety. If they did these kind of things would have already been considered along time ago.
