An interesting thought experiment, in which people are posed as dumb.
Anyone thought about jamming the radio frequency the drones operate on? EMP counter measures? Personal protection? All sorts of signature tracking? AI - powered counter-measure drones?
I mean it would be a dangerous, extremely effective weapon. So have no doubt, that "bad guys" will work on it, and eventually have it. Or some lonely genius will produce it in their garage. You cannot stop progress. You need to adapt to it.
