13:24 I’m not really sure how I ended up here… but as someone who is dyslexic, a problem solver, creative, an engineer etc it is important to know that every business, product, project or initiative has a concept, implementation and maturity phrase. You probably want to have creative people to create the process of a new checkout experience because they consider literally everything. But you probably do not want thousands of cashiers who are simply expected to follow that process to creatively disrupt what has been tediously build up. The challenge for “us” is that in a working world, 80% of any status is in a maturity phase (lets ignore research and high tech for now)…. so we run into weird walls, feel unneeded, if we try to squeeze into exactly that context. The only thing we seem to really can do is to spend extra energy to seek the 20% of concept and creation. Which makes it so tedious.
Also think about it: Who invented “ATS Systems”? Certainly not drones… but people like us who got the “creative” idea to automate something that is very tiring. Doing the same thing over and over again 😩
