I liked Geoffrey, even if he appears to be a liberal. Let’s face it, mankind will forge ahead with AI, then try to put that jeannie back in the bottle. Companies should know we despise automated phone systems and AI. I’ve stopped using or buying from companies over their automated phone system and AI chat bots. When AI puts humans in a position that they can’t know what’s real or not (we’re almost there) the mental health issue is worse than unemployment imo.
