well my guess the military industrial complex is gonna argue the only way to kill a terrorist robot with a gun is is a smarter government robot with a bigger gun. it's just waiting on the first rebel group to experiment with a drone to get this shit going... if people dont realize by now all software can be hacked they never gonna learn....i hope they call the first real AI pandora, just to make history lessons for the survivors more contextual...
