oh it already is with AI added to writing and grammar software.. its trained on what is popular, so people follow its prompts to get a good mark in fiction (most have grades now) and publish, which are then used to train the AI....
these aren't the stories that are purely done by the AI, but ones that use AI to help 'edit' them. its a lot more insidious
