@DerPylz Sandbox proposal seems reasonable, yes.
I also agree, that it would be good, conceptually, to regulate AI and other disruptive technologies like genetic modifications, cloning, androidization, etc.
The problem is, that those technologies have so much potential that if one country doesn't regulate them, but others do, it may be the case that this one country will get so ahead that it will be able to dictate to others what to regulate in the future.
So it's a situation with only 2 bad outcomes. You lose when you don't regulate them because there is lawless chaos with various corporations, but you also lose when you regulate them as it may result in you giving up the arms race and having to switch to talking in Mandarin some 20 years in the future.
Maybe I'm too skeptical but I don't trust that EU can balance those risks and as an aspiring entrepreneur I would rather there are no regulations than other strict regulations like RODO which only brought me much more work both as an entrepreneur and as a simple user and pretty much no value.
