Cognitive abilities are generated through abstraction and perception , which is vague and difficult for your brain to understand . Like if you searched for an answer in a chatgpt , you are essentially preventing your brain from solving a complex situation . This is not just linked to chatgpt , even if you use something like flow charts to understand concepts instead of a list you are preventing your brain to organize the concept
