ok first of all the ai art isnt better and doesnt hold up to scrutiny when analyzed. For instance it has no design consistency. But beyond that, there is the moral and ethical dilemma that for it to be making this art in the first place its using a data set and the art that its data set is built upon was harvested without any consent or compensation under the pretense of being non profit for research purposes only and has since been flipped around to being used for profit and displacing the work of the artists it stole its data set from. Hence why this has been in the courts and senate week after week and the supreme court ruled that ai art is not protected under copyright.
