Is it though? I guess if you just glance at art you'd probably think that, but if you like actually looking at art, it's really not.
Like the bad generations will have obvious weird things like funky hands, melted hair, etc. but even the good ones will have stuff that doesn't make sense, like why is that character holding a random weapon in a library, why are the eyes so unfocused, why are there different cities in each of those windows? You might look at the "artist's" page to try to get context, but all of their images will be too disjointed and unrelated to be by the same person or to explain the weird shit you saw in the first image.
Silly flipnote animations made by kids, Ms paint comics, and wall drawings made by babies, will always be better art than anything generated by ai.
