I know jack shit about this stuff, but can't one just download open source models and "uncensor" them? I mean, I've seen images of people getting American AI to say "fuck niggers" and Chinese AI to say "習近平王八蛋“ (each nation's respective taboos), so there's gotta be a way to do it when you have local access to it.
