There is no doubt that AI is here to stay, the problem is the lack of understanding of how these AI tools work. although it appears to be quite mature in many cases, blindly adopting it can be naive and overly ambitious. Like any other technology, it will take time to fully mature and be effectively integrated. At the same time, companies need to adapt by hiring more people who have knowledge of these tools and by creating development programs within their organizations. The goal here should not be to replace humans but to enable them to use these tools to work in a much faster and effective way.
