No its implied otherwise. Context was given in that the AI thought he would be involved as stated in this video.
The cops where looking for a shooter, the AI was looking for people who would be involved.
There is a story of AI being developed in a medical clinic to see if a mole is cancerous or not, it is shown thousands of confirmed cancer moles and thousands of ones that are not. It gets a 100% ID rate on the confirmed ones when given a test but ID no false positives which people expected. When it was checked what it was looking for it was looking for a ruler in the picture as all the confirmed moles had some form of scale in them. AI is a very complex thing and often does not do what you would like it to. The logic of why it got to a point is so important something youtube has forgotten in its pursuit of clicks.@MCD.215
