@hillehai Well when applying for copyright protection you can’t lie to the USPTO. What is or isn’t AI generated would have to be disclosed. I feel like a threshold on relying on AI for more than 25% of the work should disqualify a film or show from being copyrightable. We have to come up with some reasonable rules.
