I agree mostly. I just dont see how you make the countries come together and how you prevent them secretly developing, especially when we already have models being researched that can do further ai research. Even 1 company in secret over time will eventually make it. the only thing left to do is enjoy the time you have in face of uncertainty, as cliche or overused or pessimistic as that sounds.
