The Europeans barely participated in the internet boom over the last thirty years. All they do is regulate other companies. OpenAI is not going to give a shit about EU regulation right now because it is still a developing technology. The Europeans are really screwing themselves because they have no answer in the tech industry and it will be way too late for them one OpenAI has exponentially grown in the US market.
