@Sadening no. You are simply incorrect. Let me explain it for you:
1. It doesn't steal from artists and learns from them, similarly how HUMAN artists gets inspired and learn from other artists work. As long as the art itself is public both human and AI artists can get inspired by them.
2. It doesn't limit creativity in any way. It rather enables creativity for the ones who normally cant create art or even as inspiration and a good start for traditional artists.
It's of course different for every artist's pipeline, but ultimately it's a good addition to society. If someone want to create traditional art without AI, go ahead! I don't care, but don't get mad at people who express their creativity using generative AI tools.
