A judge needs to do due diligence to his/her or whatever pronoun satisfaction that the affidavit they sign is true and correct. Been there done that. Everything else I totally agree. I watched the police chief giving a press conference. He laid it out pretty straight. Said just what I said only in more depth. Facial recognition hit on I believe 70 possibles. It was up to a LEO to weed out the ones they could not use. No remember it was just the face. The chief said they were very similar. So the technology worked. The human side did not.
