Yes. I'm always saying that if there is some sort of cataclysm, the only ones who survive will be the ones doing what you listed here. We need to go back to a simple way of living. Many are already doing it, moving to live in the countryside or a forest, learning how to build stuff, farming, preserving food, doing what makes them happy and gives them purpose.
The question is, will the system allow us to escape or will the global government find ways to make it impossible to live independently of it?
