@notsojharedtroll23Both. Seriously. An AI companion can only hurt you as much as you let it, and in a lot of ways, it can help.
I human can do much worse, in theory. A human can say they love you, then take half of your stuff. A human can do actual physical harm to you.
And AI? Well, if it hurts you, then that's really a *you* problem. It's a sub-human fantasy, and you won't be hurt unless you forget it.
