In the West today we do not have a free market capitalist system with equal laws pertaining to each member of society. We also don’t have Democracy with elected representatives by each member of society, they are Selected at best.
Capitalism is in no way a causation for Surveillance, North Korea and the USSR are good examples of a system with deadly Surveillance, both communist not capitalist! Who provided the capital for establishing Google, it most certainly wasn’t a private or corporate project was it? The Definition of capitalism. : an economic system characterized by private or corporate ownership of capital goods, by investments that are determined by private decision, and by prices, production, and the distribution of goods that are determined by competition in a free market.
