Both are horrible. Twitter has the engagement bro problem, while Youtube has an algorithm that deboosts controversy/disagreements and pushes the dominant (per video) narrative as the ONLY narrative (you want to see the real comments on youtube? sort by newest!). YouTube comment section is dystopia masquerading as utopia and it terrifies me how easily people fell for it.
