AI as an entire field in which tens of thousands of people are working worldwide.
The guy in this video is the CEO of Open AI, the corporation that developped ChatGPT. It's litterally written in the video...
And as to the first comment, he is not worried about the technology itself. He's worried about the lack of regulations around the field. Just like there are regulations around medicine or around guns (in all developped nations except the US...), there should be regulations around AI. This is all he's saying.
