@Exhithronous-y1nArt is not supposed to be nice to look at. It's not always the purpose. It can be but some use it to convey a message. It might not be nice to look at or can be even disturbing but it's still art. The point of art is not to be good-looking. It's made to tell a message. A way to communicate in a way. AI can't really do that so it's difficult to call art
