If the style of a work of art is good, does that work of art become a work of art? Absolutely not. Just as a bad photo will not be improved by various filters. AI, due to its random nature, never guarantees that what it produces will be artistically good. It will only get better over time in terms of image quality, not artistically. For example, if AI draws hands incorrectly, it will draw better in the future. The random nature of AI will still be there.
