Face recognition just for shop lifting. And it required 2 years to solve the case. What about satellite? Street cameras? DNA records, fingerprints and stuff?
You need to solve the case for shop lifting within a month, how else can victims/ suspects can prove their innocence. How well can a human memory can serve them that long what did they do that day?
