To answer your question.
Because AI has no emotions or empathy. Those come with huge flaws and problems. The benefits nowadays aren't even as relevant anymore. AI only conducts empathy in a scientific and mathematical context in objectivity with calculation to what is fact. AI tells you the facts as they were, currently and what they may be in the future. That is arguably what is needed in demand and will be needed in most situations in the world nowadays and especially in the future.
