I suspect AI will replace all developers and IT staff.
A company only needs a founder and maybe an assistant to handle the prompting .
The agents eventually won't need any software; they will self augment and communicate with each other in binary with zero humans in the loop except a founder.
This is going to be a horrible time to be alive.
