This is what will break necks, metaphorically. It is called, rejection washing. OOOH, we are not discriminating against XYZ, we employ an algorithm that just happens to do that. the solution is to hold the companies using the algorithm criminally liable for the behavior of the algorithm, and do math with it. ooh, it is just rejection....
