A lot of us never used other art as 'inspiration'. One needs to extract own conclusions, style and emotions from reality (which indeed is what AI can't do). Indeed, the greatest artists are those who generate their own style from reality. That a lot of people has been blatantly copying other artists styles doesn't make it the right way to go about art, it never was.
