@alienoffspring that is not even close to what I'm arguing. My argument is about the final product, the art, which should be treated the same way regardless of where it comes from.
If it is an obvious copy, whether a human made it or AI did, there should be legal action.
When it is an original piece, with its own composition, color, style etc (even if it takes elements from other art), regardless of who made it (human or ai) it should be treated equally as the product should be independent of its creator.
