Don't worry too much. The entire economy is built on people working and spending. If there are massive layoffs it would be a massive hit to the companies. First of all, you can't really predict if AI is going to write exactly what you want without issues or errors, second of all of there aren't many working, who's going to buy their products, who's going to fund them, etc. For the short term, it might look cheap(ish) but in reality, long term not so great.
