@TechTheFeck Yeah, but my issue is that you make it seem that the content in the AI art is what inspired them when it didn't. It was literally the fact that it IS AI art that inspired people to make art of it.
You could randomly generate images to brainstorm ideas, but personally, I find that pointless when you can get inspired by images from which the AI took data.
Obviously, the AI is simply making the brainstorming phase easier by compiling all these data in one place to find inspiration rather than searching for them in various places, but I find that is what makes art fun to make. You get to admire other people's art and take inspiration from it. AI robs that experience.
