I’m not a big artist so I can’t really say for certain, but I feel the biggest thing that makes AI art copying real artists compared to inspiration is intent. Nearly every art piece has some sort of reason it’s made or something it’s shows whether it’s an emotion, idea, or story. AI doesn’t have a reason to make anything, it just spits out what it’s told
