Personaly as an artist, my stance on AI was based on my believe that if something is not in my way then its not my problem and at first I kinda hated the thing, because it seamed like it was in my way but,as the time passed, my opinions changed,and now I thing the word of will definitely not end because of some glorified algorithm remaking images. But there are still few things that I absolutely despise about it. 1. AI is NEVER a tool,sure its seams its meant to be a tool, but lets be honest,nobody will ever use it as a tool. 2. The whole "what's real" thing. I dont think I need to add much here,its honestly disturbing to thing what others can really do with it,and its suprising they did so little for now,or we just didnt see. 3.For me,most important, the art stealing thebate,Im ALSO not going to explain this, the important thing is....that the fact "the internet" is getting scraped for these AI, should be common knowledge, and for people that dont want to become a data center for these models,"thats no good",and when people on both sides always bring that up,they never talk about this it seams,all they talk about is what allready happened,rather than what "IS" happening.And what people that dont want to be a free data are supouse to do?NOTHING for now there is nothing you can do about that,there is no "proven to work " way to stop that other than,just dont post anything,which for newer artists for instance,is a real shame. ......I dont want my stuff to be there. Art is the only thing that I love,and I dont want it to be just put in there wichout my knowledge..
