Is that really your first question: how would a robot get there quicker than a person? Assuming we're talking about prior to the point before AI has concluded we're irrelevant, then of course a robot can get there quicker. Why wouldn't there just be robotic paramedics in predetermined locations, like defibrillators? And even if they weren't already agile enough to ' get down a steep bank' they'll be intelligent enough to redesign the next model to be so. These are ***exponential*** gains we are talking about, in Intelligence, robotics, capability.
