The platforms in which see digital art, will sign contracts to feed the AI data banks. That is it. If you have an art account in X, Instagram or TikTok. Your drawings will be used for an AI and there is nothing you can do about it. The supreme court won't be able to do anything except tell you "Just don't post your content here then lol".
The glimmer of hope is that dedicated platforms such as ArtStation are strict about AI use, and these will be the places for artists to go.
