LLMs like GPT can give ressponses like that actually! Look into prompt engineering and agents. Essentially, ChatGPT is an agent built on top of the LLM GPT, it is set up to respond in a specific, consistent way. If you were to create an agent which was engineered to be sassy, use swear words, speak in rhyming couplets ect, that "personality" would be expressed in its responses! The limit is your imagination.
