I've already lost my more than mundane $100,000 k job to AI. After two years of unemployment I will begin a $17/hr job next week. I've replaced all my savings and retirement with debt. I'm 49 and there's hundreds of thousands like me who are fading into the background. In a couple more years there won't be enough people able to buy what's being produced using AI.
