AI isn't replacing anyone because the overwhelming majority of artists already were never employed to begin with. Art has always been an oversaturated and undervalued market whose assets were already dirt cheap to get your hands on long before AI anyway. You keep talking as if it was a monopoly that moved gazillions of dollars at the hands of a couple few _petite bourgeoisie_ when in reality this has no longer been the case for centuries now. This is no 1400's, bro.
Edit: We also have *already* gone through this *exact same* dillema with CGI and its techniques used to emulate 2D Art. Did it replace 2D Digital Art despite being somewhat cheaper and faster? No.
