It's not about the AI. You completely missed the point of this video. It's about the insane, nearly inhuman metrics these people are forced to meet. Imagine you're a mechanic, and you're great at your job. You fixed 50 cars this week. Great! You're happy, feeling proud of yourself. What is your reward? That, mind you, no one asked for. A decent wage is enough of a reward but I digress - Your reward is being told you need to fix twice as many cars next week, or be fired! Back when you were young, workers had value beyond just being a number. People were respected and valued for their work. Not anymore. Get it now?
