Then just lable unemployed people as drug addicts or drunks . Remember Trump said in his keeping our cities safe speech. He wants homeless in mandatory drugs and alcohol treatment( during jobs ) homeless to be in compounds ( guards, social workers ,doctors) they will sell to the last of the last .
