+Jet Black Well someone with a congenital insensitivity to pain isn't able to feel pain, every! They would certainly fall under the cracks by the video's definition. And if consciousness in the future is the criteria, then shouldn't the fetus get protected and maybe even an AI that's not conscious jet?
I feel that the concept of giving human rights based on pain or consciousness very inconsistent, if not hypocritical...
