If America regulates ai development in America, America’s ai will not lead the world. However in many ways I’d prefer china to do so at this current juncture. Communism over religion would be my preferred option. However, maybe religion can be used to indoctrinate the world so could be used by the winning ai to control us. Still, I prefer china.
